Promotional Items, Inc. invites you to review art, logo and text imprint instruction to place your order for imprinted promotional items and promotional products.

I have an electronic camera ready art file

1. All submissions must be in PC FORMAT ONLY. (CYMK art is not spot color CRA. MAC based files cannot be accepted.)
2. Adobe Illustrator (saved in Version 8 or 9)
3. Black & White Vector Art, centered in the middle of the page. If a multi-color imprint is desired, black & white color separated art must be provided. Include a composite page with multi-color art. Registration marks must be incorporated into the art as well. Label each separation with the desire imprint color. Convert all text to outlines. The file must be complete with all desired text such as phone numbers etc. No placed images please, only art originated in the above art program will be acceptable for factory printing of your imprinted promotional items order.
4. Preferred file extensions are .eps or ai. Please NetZip larger files to maintain integrity of the file during transmission.
5. Print a complete copy of the art prior to emailing and fax all pages to 1-888-289-2952 for complete confirmation of what is contained in the file.
6. Email to artdept@promotional-items-inc.com , indicate in subject title CRA for your order # and or company name. Additional comments in the text portion of your mail concerning your order and contact information are welcome.
7. Disk: You may ship it to our address in contact us. Please print off a copy of the art and enclose it along with the disk. Items 1-5 must be met. Also, please reference your order and contact information on separate sheet.

I want a logo imprint but do not have an electronic camera ready art file

We maintain a full service art dept. for those who do not posses camera ready art for a nominal charge. Upon placing your order, you may email a jpg, gif, or Word doc. to artdept@promotional-items-inc.com and we will utilize it to develop camera ready art for your order. If you do not posses one of the electronic files mentioned, you may fax a copy of the desired imprint to us at 1-888-289-2952 along with your order # and or customer information. Upon completion of art development, we will fax you a copy of the actual art to perform spell/number check along with a proof letter to sign off on. We will save the approved art on our server and do exact reprints for free for any imprinted promotional items orders you place in the future. I want text only imprint

Promotional Items, Inc. will set type for text only imprint at no charge in a stock font for most orders. You will be faxed a copy of your text only imprint for spell/number check after an order is submitted. We will layout the text for best look and highest use of the available imprint area for any given item. Please indicate on your in your online order the total text ad copy you wish to be imprinted or fax a type written copy of your text to us along with your order number and or customer contact information to 1-888-289-2952. If you have a particular font selection you would like to be used on your order, please indicate your top two font preferences. Typical stock font selection is taken from Microsoft Word 2003. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, we will determine what constitutes a font suitable for printing for any promotional items order, as all items have different size imprint areas and imprinting methods.
